1. General Provisions
The club’s website is intended to provide information about swimming training sessions, class schedules, pricing, and to enable contact with the coach.
By using the website, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration for Training Sessions
Registration for training sessions is carried out via the website, registration forms, messaging apps, or through the contact details provided on the website.
By submitting a registration request, the user confirms that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
3. Payment and Pricing
Current information about training fees, memberships, and possible discounts is published on the website.
The club reserves the right to change service prices and payment terms. Such changes do not apply to sessions that have already been paid for, unless otherwise agreed separately.
4. Cancellations and Missed Sessions
If a training session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, the client must notify the club in advance.
The rules for cancelling or rescheduling sessions, as well as the conditions for retaining or deducting a session, are communicated to clients at the time of registration or before the start of training.
Failure to comply with the established cancellation rules may result in the session being considered completed.
5. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for their own health condition and must ensure that they are permitted to participate in swimming training.
For children, responsibility for health conditions lies with parents or legal guardians.
The club recommends consulting a medical professional before starting training.
6. Children and Parents
Registration of minors for training sessions is carried out only with the consent of parents or legal guardians.
Parents confirm that they are familiar with the training conditions and the club rules.
7. Use of Website Materials
All website materials (texts, images, logos) are the property of the club and may not be used without permission.
8. Changes to the Terms
The swimming club reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions and to the information published on the website.
